An elderly Waukesha woman gave detailed and challenging testimony.
The 88-year-old woman told the jury about the incident that she claims occurred in November of 2021 when a then-14-year-old kidnapped her, stole her car, and held her at knifepoint while forcing her to engage in sex acts.
Khalil Perry, the adolescent, is accused with kidnapping, armed robbery, and sexual assault.
According to his attorneys, he has admitted to kidnapping and robbing the woman but has denied sexually assaulting her.
In this case, he is being tried as an adult.
