The Brown County Attorney who attacked a Sheriff’s Deputy outside of a Rob Schneider comedy show has been convicted.
55-year-old Mark Howe was found guilty due to no-contest pleas on charges of Resisting or Obstructing an Officer and Disorderly Conduct while a charge of Resisting an Officer Causing Substantial Bodily Harm was dismissed but read into the record.
He was ordered by Kewaunee County Judge Jeffery Wisnicky to spend 30 days in jail.
Howe was reportedly intoxicated when he was asked to leave the Epic Events Center last June due to his unruly conduct.
When Brown County Sheriff’s Deputy Kelly Milks saw him in the parking lot screaming and throwing flowerpots, she approached.
Howe then attacked Deputy Milks causing her to be injured to the point that she needed surgery and extensive rehabilitation.
