There is only one governmental meeting on the calendar today (May 2nd) in Manitowoc County.
The Personnel Committee will be in the Admin Building at 4:30 p.m. where the public will be given an opportunity to comment.
The group will then discuss a potential waiver of their nepotism policy and the salary structure of the County Board.
They will also get an update on Assembly Bill 28 regarding the Wisconsin Retirement System status of corrections officers.
They will also talk about recruitment in the Sheriff’s Department and Emergency Management before adjourning for the evening.
