Four years after it made a visit to the Manitowoc County Expo Grounds, The Wall That Heals is coming back to Eastern Wisconsin.
The traveling version of the Vietnam Memorial Wall will be in Crivitz the first week of June.
The Wall the Heals was unveiled on Veterans Day in 1996, and since then has been displayed at nearly 700 communities around the country.
The main attraction is of course the large black wall with all 58,281 men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in Vietnam, but there are also numerous displays of Vietnam War memorabilia and historical artifacts.
Old Glory Honor Flight is also helping get people to the display by offering a bus trip from Appleton to Crivitz on June 3rd.
Vietnam Veterans who sign up for the trip will get the tour and a meal for free.
