
Charges have been filed in connection to a crash in Green Bay Monday evening.
18-year-old Jackson Engels of Green Bay has been charged with Intoxicated Use of a Vehicle, Second Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety, and Operating While Intoxicated Causing Injury.
The incident occurred at around 8:30 p.m. Monday at the intersection of Main Street and Abrams Street/Newberry Avenue.
A vehicle being driven by Engels struck another vehicle, driven by a 63-year-old Green Bay man resulting in both drivers and a 17-year-old De Pere boy in Engels’ car being taken to local hospitals for various injuries.
Engels was said to be under the influence of THC at the time of the crash.
The driver of the other vehicle was said to have suffered life-threatening injuries, but his condition is not known at this time.
The crash is still under investigation.
