Today (April 26th) marks the official beginning of the 39th Annual Roncalli Pierside Auction as bids are being accepted for the online-only items.
Candice Giesen, the event organizer, tells us that she always tells people to come back every year, because there is always something new to check out, including their experience packages.
“One of the new experiences we have this year is from Cool City Brewing,” she revealed. “They have been generous this year to give a private event in their vault for eight people with a private tour, and there will be some merchandise with it.”
There are also a wide variety of other items, such as Roncalli clothing, wine glasses, custard for a year from Culvers, and even a comforter cleaning from Cool City Cleaners.
Another popular experience up for grabs is the ever-popular trip to American Family Field.
“We have a Brewer package with a bus,” Giesen told Seehafer News. “It’s for a party of 25 people with a Roncalli bus so you don’t have to worry about driving.”
Bidding opens up at noon today and runs through May 3rd at noon.
You can view all of the online items at RoncalliAuction.GiveSmart.com.
The in-person portion of the auction will be held this Saturday at Roncalli High School.
A mass with Father Matthew Colle will be held at 4:00 p.m., and the auction will officially begin at 5:30 p.m.
Returning for the 38th year to be the emcee is John Jagemann.
