A former Green Bay teacher accused of sexually assaulting students will plead his case this week.
David Villareal will be in Brown County Court all week as he faces charges of 1st Degree Sexual Assault of a Person Under 16 with Use or Threat of Violence, two counts of 1st Degree Child Sex of a Person Under 13, and Repeated Sexual Assault of Same Child, all of which are felony charges.
Villareal was a teacher at Baird Elementary when he allegedly touched multiple girls inappropriately.
He has maintained his innocence, saying he has no idea where these accusations are coming from.
Judge Donald Zuidmulder will be presiding over the case and Attorney Kirk Obear will represent Villareal.
