A 48-year-old Green Bay man is facing charges after he reportedly attacked staff at Bellin Hospital.
According to police reports, authorities had taken Leonardo Rodriguez-Bonilla to the hospital on April 20th after they found him intoxicated.
Police had left but were called back when a nurse reported being punched in the face.
Rodriguez-Bonilla had to be physically restrained as he cursed at the staff and kept trying to leave.
A blood draw was completed, and it came back at .400, which is just under the level considered potentially fatal.
He has been charged with Battery to Emergency Medical Care Providers and Disorderly Conduct.
