Manitowoc’s Felician Village has named the winner of the 2023 Felician Award for Excellence in Volunteer Service.
Pat Dondlinger earned the award for her ability to demonstrate respect & justice to the residents at the assisted living village as she leads small groups.
In her nomination, it was stated that Pat “treats each resident equally regardless of abilities. Solidarity is displayed by sharing her own snacks and providing 1:1 visits to those who are not up to joining groups. She escorts residents weekly to chapel to ensure their spiritual needs are being met.”
Pat received her award at the 2023 Volunteer Appreciation Luncheon which was held last Thursday (April 20th).
