It was not what shoppers at the Walmart in Menomonie were expecting on a Tuesday afternoon.
Police closed the shop in Western Wisconsin after receiving complaints of a client being threatened with a knife.
Two persons were apprehended, but no one was wounded.
According to Menomonie Police, the store was able to reopen after a brief lockdown.
Dunn County prosecutors are examining the case’s charges.
