An 18-year-old who admitted to sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl is being given a second chance by the judge.
The judge let Bradley Loew enter into a deferred prosecution agreement, which allows him to avoid a felony conviction if he completes his community service, pays a $300 fine, and refrains from having any contact with girls less than 18 years old.
On Halloween in 2021, Loew acknowledged imposing himself on the 15-year-old in a church parking lot.
She told the cops that she pleaded with him to stop.
According to Loew, he never heard that.
