More than just a sprinkling of snow is greeting most of Wisconsin this morning.
Due to the cold weather throughout the state, the National Weather Service has issued watches and warnings.
People in western Wisconsin are beginning the day under a Winter Storm Warning; according to forecasters, they could end up with ten inches of snow.
For Madison and a sizable portion of the state’s midsection, there are winter weather advisories in effect; residents there could receive six inches of snow.
Less than an inch of snow is predicted to fall in Milwaukee and the WOW counties.
