A Green Bay man is facing charges after he allegedly made terroristic threats against his own apartment complex.
Officers were called to an apartment complex in Ashwaubenon on a report of a man attempting to get into a woman’s apartment.
The man, identified as 46-year-old Robert Shavlik, was known by police, as they had responded to a disturbance at the same building just a week before.
Shavlik was screaming that everyone who lived in the complex were sex offenders and threatened to kill his neighbors.
Shavlik was initially resistant to police, as he began yelling and refused to exit his apartment.
Once he had calmed down, Shavlik was arrested but was combative with the police.
He is facing a total of eleven charges including Making Terrorist Threats, Battery or Threats to Law Enforcement, and Disorderly Conduct.
