A student at Sheboygan North High School is being treated at a hospital following a near-drowning incident on Tuesday.
Emergency responders arrived at the school just before 3:00 p.m. to aid the 14-year-old student.
Very little has been released regarding what exactly happened, but we do know it occurred during a 7th period gym class.
The teen was taken to a local hospital but was airlifted for further treatment.
Their condition has not yet been made public.
School staff is assisting students who need help processing the incident.
