Flags across Wisconsin will fly lower this weekend to honor Barron County’s fallen police officers.
In remembrance of Cameron Police Officer Hunter Scheel and Chetek Police Officer Emily Breidenbach, Governor Tony Evers yesterday ordered flags to fly at half-staff on Saturday.
During a traffic check in Barron County last Saturday, they were both shot to death.
Both cops will be laid to rest this coming Saturday in Cameron.
On Saturday, from dawn till dusk, flags will be lowered over the entire state.
