Officer Emily Breidenbach and Officer Hunter Scheel
More information has come to light regarding the deadly weekend gunfight in western Wisconsin that claimed the lives of two police officers.
The officers have been named as Emily Breidenbach of the Cameron Police Department and Hunter Scheel of the Chetek Police Department.
While Scheel was a rookie, Breidenbach had been a member of the Chetek PD for five years.
Glenn Perry, age 50, was also named by investigators as the suspect who allegedly shot the two officers.
The DOJ claims that Perry was stopped by the police because of a warrant and a report of “concerning behavior.”
Shots were fired, but nobody is reporting what happened afterward.
Perry passed away at the hospital shortly after the two officers did, who died at the scene.
