Charges have now been filed against the man involved in a standoff with police in Kaukauna last week.
42-year-old Jeremy Dismuke has been charged with 1st Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety, Fleeing or Eluding an Officer as a Vehicle Operator, and Resisting or Obstructing an Officer, and had his bail set at $100,000.
A police officer had attempted to pull Dismuke over early Thursday morning, but he fled, leading to the Kaukauna Police Department deploying a tire deflation device.
Dismuke’s truck came to rest on the side of Crooks Avenue in the 1400 block.
He also tried fleeing on foot but was captured shortly thereafter.
Dismuke is due in court on April 20th for his preliminary hearing.
