A convicted felon faces attempted murder charges after allegedly attempting to kill a coworker following a fight at a birthday celebration, according to authorities.
On Sunday, it occurred on the south edge of Waukesha.
According to the prosecution, 26-year-old Alan Tronco fired a gun into his colleague’s vehicle as the two were leaving the celebration.
A bullet just missed the victim’s thigh.
Tronco is prohibited from owning a pistol because he was found guilty of substantial battery in Waukesha County back in 2018.
Charges are also pending against a second man, who authorities claim was the driver of the Tronco.
