
This week, lawmakers in Wisconsin will begin working on the state budget.
The spending plan composing Joint Money Panel will hold its most memorable formal review Wednesday in Waukesha.
One of four will assist with making the state’s new two-year spending plan.
Legislators will travel to Eau Claire and the Wisconsin Dells next week following the hearing in Waukesha, and they will travel to Minocqua in the final week of the month.
After that, lawmakers will go back to Madison to create a new budget and give it to the governor sometime next month.
