
Bail is set at $2,000 recognizance bond for a 29-year-old Manitowoc man facing several charges following an incident at Walmart Sunday afternoon.
Dakota J, Glines is officially charged with Misdemeanor Counts of Retail Theft and Bail Jumping and Possession of Methamphetamine.
Officers were called to the store on the report of a theft. They located Glines in the parking lot and he proceeded to follow officers to The Loss and Prevention Center.
He surrendered 31 unpaid items to authorities with an estimated retail value of $270. A search at the jail revealed that Glines was in possession of a baggie containing methamphetamine and that he was also out on bail.
Conditions of Bail are that Glines is to have “no contact” with Walmart, not to possess any controlled substance and he’s to maintain “absolute sobriety.” Glines is due back in court for his initial appearance April 17th at 1:30.
