The driver who struck that We Energies flagger on Tuesday, according to the sheriff in Racine County, has been located.
Bob Slominski, 41, is said to have admitted to hitting the woman who was helping to direct traffic Tuesday afternoon.
The driver, according to the investigators, told them he was in a panic and drove home to hide his truck.
Slominski has been arrested and booked into jail, according to the sheriff’s office; he is being held on a bond of $30,000.
