The young man who was filmed loading a gun at the UW-Milwaukee library has been taken into custody.
The man was arrested shortly after leaving campus, according to the school.
Last Thursday, he was caught on camera loading a gun in the library’s stacks.
After his arrest, UW-Milwaukee apologized, claiming that the school should have communicated the incident more clearly.
The university claimed that because students were not informed of the gun until the man had left the library, there was no warning.
