Two area teams have ended their boys basketball season with wins on the biggest stage.
On Saturday, the Brillion Lions captured their second state championship in school history with a 61-55 win over West Salem.
Senior Jeremy Lorenz ended his high school career with a game to remember.
He netted 26 points and snagged 11 rebounds leading his team to a championship.
Also, later that evening, the De Pere Redbirds completed their perfect season with a 69-49 win over Arrowhead.
This win was notable for a couple of reasons.
First, it was the first title for the school since 1934, and second, it completed the first 30-0 season in WIAA history.
The Kinziger brothers led the way for De Pere, as John tallied 24 points, and Zach added 19.
