There are three meetings planned for today in the City of Manitowoc.
First up is the Library Board Personnel Committee, which will be in the Board Room in the Manitowoc Public Library at 4:30 p.m.
They will be conducting the mid-year performance evaluation of the Library’s Executive Director in a closed session.
Then at 5:00 p.m., the Committee of the Whole will convene in the Council Chambers.
They will be getting an update on the MAVCB lawsuit before discussing a potential sale of city-owned land to Manitowoc Public Utilities.
Then, right after that meeting is over, the Common Council will take over the Chambers where they will conduct the badge pinning for police officers Kyle Roehr and Avery Scopp.
Officer Jason Koenig and K9 Neko will also be presented an award of valor.
