A BBQ restaurant in Ashwaubenon caught fire over the weekend.
Crews were called to T. Bacon’s BBQ, located at 2052 Holmgren Way just after 4:00 a.m. Saturday when the owner reported the fire.
The owner told reports on the scene that he believes the grease in one of his smokers caught fire after the water reservoir ran dry.
The fire was contained to the exterior of the building, with the biggest loss being the $18,000 smoker.
No injuries were reported, and the restaurant is said to still be open for business.
