The Manitowoc Police Department is investigating a crash that occurred Tuesday afternoon.
According to Lieutenant Nathan Barnes, the incident occurred at around 4:30 p.m. at the intersection of North 8th Street and Waldo Boulevard.
A red sedan was traveling south on 8th when it collided with another vehicle that was driving north on 8th Street.
The sedan then fled the scene.
