A Manitowoc man with a long list of run-ins with the police was arrested over the weekend after he waved a gun while at Walmart.
Officers were called to the store on Calumet Avenue after a witness reported seeing a man waving a gun around.
An officer spotted the man believed to be the suspect at the Shell Gas Station on South 41st Street and made contact.
According to police reports, the suspect was initially resistant to following directions but eventually threw the gun on the ground.
The weapon was determined to have been an airsoft bb gun.
Surveillance footage from Walmart corroborated the witness testimony, and the 33-year-old man was taken into police custody on charges of Disorderly Conduct, and three counts of Bail Jumping, one misdemeanor, and two felony.
