With their Economic Justice Bill of Rights, some of the most progressive legislators in Wisconsin are prepared to try again.
Today, a group of Democratic lawmakers and progressive organizations will be at the Capitol to demand a fair and equitable justice system, a living wage, and a right to union membership.
In 2021 and again last year, the same group of progressive lawmakers and organizations presented their plan for the first time.
It is not expected to move forward this year either, and it has not gained any traction at the statehouse.
