
Two men from Two Rivers are in police custody following an early morning SWAT situation in Manitowoc.
The Manitowoc Police Department was made aware of a burglary on the north side of the city Wednesday, where several guns had been taken from a home.
One of the two suspects, a 27-year-old Two Rivers man was arrested shortly after the incident.
The location of the second suspect was determined overnight, and officers were sent to the 1500 block of South 36th Street.
When their initial attempts to make contact failed, a search warrant was obtained and the Manitowoc County SWAT team was called to assist.
A total of three people were eventually detained, including a 32-year-old Two Rivers man believed to have been involved in the burglary.
