Two Green Bay residents are without a home today after their house caught fire.
Fire crews were sent to the home in the 700 block of Irvington Street on Wednesday on a report of heavy smoke and flames coming from the second floor of a two-family home.
Crews were able to take down the blaze within ten minutes of arrival but not before it caused an estimated $60,000 in damage.
Two adults and a canine were evacuated from the residence, which has been determined to be unlivable.
They are being cared for by the American Red Cross while the fire team investigates the cause of the fire.
