Bail was set at $1,500 signature bond for a 44-year-old Milwaukee man following his arrest on drug charges.
Michael Ray is facing charges of Possession of marijuana and Felony Jumping.
Manitowoc Police pulled over Ray’s vehicle last Friday morning for a burnt-out headlight.
After the officer smelled marijuana in the vehicle he asked for and received consent from Ray to search his vehicle.
A green-leafy substance was discovered between the front passenger seat and the center console, along with a blue-sealed package containing what was believed to be THC.
Both products tested positive for marijuana.
A large amount of cash was also located in the front passenger seat as the police report stated that he had the undisclosed amount of money because he was the owner of Exoticas, an adult entertainment establishment in Manitowoc.
The lone condition of bail is that Ray is to maintain absolute sobriety and his initial appearance is scheduled for March 29th.
