A male driver was charged with felony possession of THC following a traffic stop early on Friday morning.
The vehicle was stopped by Manitowoc Police because the driver’s side headlight was out. The driver gave their voluntary consent to the officer’s search after the officer smelled marijuana. Between the front passenger seat and the center console, the police discovered a green, leafy substance. A subsequent search revealed a blue, sealed package containing what was believed to be THC. Both products tested positive for the presence of THC.
The male driver was taken into custody and charged with Felony Bail Jumping and Felony THC Possession.
