The Manitowoc Noon Rotary will be naming their Officer, Fire Fighter, and Citizens of the year at the Capitol Civic Center today (March 2nd).
The Rotary teams up with the Departments each year to honor those who give of themselves to help make Manitowoc a better place to live, work, and play.
The ceremony will begin at noon at the Capitol Civic Center.
