It has been over two months since the Above and Beyond Children’s Museum in Sheboygan was flooded, but now, they are nearly ready to reopen their doors.
The Museum received an unwanted Christmas present when a pipe burst, and flooded the entire building on Christmas Day.
Thanks to help from many local contractors, businesses, fellow non-profits, and the public, the staff has announced that they will be welcoming children and families in again on March 7th.
There will also be a grand reopening ceremony on Sunday, March 12th, which will run from 11:00 to 2:00 p.m.
Colorful ABCM t-shirts will be available for purchase with a corresponding craft station for decorating the limited-edition t-shirts.
Admission is $8 for non-members, and free for members.
Additional donations are accepted.
