Debra “Debbie” S. (Steeber) Holschbach, age 61, a Manitowoc resident, passed away unexpectedly Friday, February 24, 2023 at her home.
She was born October 7, 1961 in Manitowoc, daughter of Susan (Bacon) (Steeber) Czekala and the late Allen Steeber. Debbie attended Lincoln High School, graduating with the class of 1980. She was employed at Port Cities Animal Hospital. Debbie had a strong love for animals. She also enjoyed home decorating and was known to keep a meticulously cleaned and decorated home.
Debbie is survived by her two children: Matt Holschbach (significant other: Angela Jerale (Jer-ale)) and Kaitlyn Holschbach; her mother: Sue Czekala; two brothers: Doug Steeber (Julie Oliver) and Dan (Nicole) Steeber; two nieces: Hailey and Natalie Steeber; her dog: Riley; and two cats: Micci (Mickey) and Oreo. She was preceded in death by her father: Allen Steeber; and her step-father: Jerry Czekala.
Cremation has occurred at the Harrigan Parkside Crematory, Manitowoc, and a private celebration of Debbie’s life will be held for family and close friends from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Friday, March 3, 2023 at the Harrigan Parkside Gathering Center, 620 North Water Street, Manitowoc.
