The City of Sheboygan is putting together its five-year strategic plan.
Strategic plans are outlines that city officials can use when making decisions about the future of their respective cities and are compiled using input from the public, department heads, and city officials.
The City of Sheboygan conducted a study, which outlined the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats faced by the City and how they can address all of those topics.
The Committee of the Whole will be discussing the document this Wednesday (March 1st) at their meeting in City Hall.
