One of Two Green Bay Brothers Ordered to Stand Trial in Recent Homicide

One of the two brothers facing charges in a recent homicide case has been ordered to stand trial.

Jose Hernandez was in Brown County Court on Friday where that order was issued.

He and his brother Omar Hernandez were both arrested following a dispute that turned deadly at the home of Edgar Rodriguez-Hernandez on February 11^th.

Edgar was shot and killed, while his brother was treated for a gunshot wound at a local hospital.

Both Jose and Omar are facing charges of 1^st Degree Intentional Homicide and Attempted 1^st Degree Intentional Homicide.

Jose is due back in court for his arraignment on March 6^th, while Omar, who told officers he pulled the trigger, has a status conference scheduled for March 15^th.
