A Milwaukee man has been sentenced in Manitowoc for a 2018 fleeing case that ended with a crash.
21-year-old Demetris J. Selman was found guilty due to a not contest plea on a charge of Fleeing or Eluding an Officer Causing Bodily Harm or Property Damage.
Judge Jerilyn Dietz withheld her sentence and ordered Salesman to spend three years on probation.
He was arrested in November of 2018 after a Manitowoc County Sheriff’s Deputy attempted to pull him over in the City of Manitowoc.
Selsman attempted to flee, but ended up driving over the curb at the corner of South 21st and Columbus Streets and collided with a tree.
