There is no primary necessary in Two Rivers, as six candidates are battling for three at-large City council seats.
Incumbents Adam Wachowski, Darla LeClair, and Bonnie Shimulunas will be challenged in April by Dean LaRose, Ron Abney, and Shannon Derby.
