The attorney representing Taylor Schabusiness in a grizzly homicide case has officially withdrawn.
Quinn Jolly officially filed a motion to end his services with Schabusiness last Thursday, days after his client attacked him in the courtroom.
In his motion, Jolly says he believes the attorney-client relationship between himself and Schabusiness is “irretrievably broken”.
This means that Schabusiness will need to find a new attorney and that her trial will likely be pushed back.
