
The Manitowoc County Historical Society will be hosting a new program next month.
The Heritage Trades School on Saturday, March 25, and Sunday, March 26 at the museum, located at 924 Pinecrest Road in Manitowoc.
Guests can choose one from a selection of classes featuring heritage skills including blacksmithing, carpentry, dressmaking, and more.
Participants will leave class with a completed project in their chosen trade. Participants may bring a beverage and snacks and be prepared for the weather. Lunch and supplies are provided.
Check-in at the McAllister House Welcome Center by 8:45 a.m. Class size is limited, and is appropriate for ages 16-adult.
Advanced registration is required.
The workshop fee is $195 for non-members while MCHS Members receive a 15% discount.
