A small section of roadway in Sheboygan will be closed throughout the weekend.
The city’s Department of Public Works announced that they started utility work on the section of New Jersey Avenue between South 16th and 17th Streets Wednesday afternoon.
Motorists are being advised to detour using South 16th Street, Maryland Avenue, and South 17th Street, in both directions.
This minor project is expected to be completed over the weekend, with the roadway projected to be open again on Monday.
