A 19-year-old Manitowoc man has been arrested on a child sex charge.
Officers with the Manitowoc Police Department spoke with the 19-year-old suspect after an individual claimed he raped them.
Detectives first spoke with the victim on Tuesday, where they said that the man had taken his pants off, and began touching her inappropriately.
He then allegedly grabbed a gun, which the victim said had an orange tip on the barrel, and told her if she told anyone he would “shoot up” her house.
That gun was later determined to be an airsoft BB gun, and the suspect claimed the victim had taken both his and her own pants off.
The age of the victim was not included in the police report.
The suspect was arrested on charges of Second Degree Sexual Assault of a Child and Intimidation of a Victim.
