The woman accused of killing and mutilating a man attacked her lawyer in court yesterday.
Video captured in the courtroom shows Taylor Schabusiness seated next to her attorney, Quinn Jolly when she lunged at him.
What exactly caused the outburst is not known, but after the attack, Jolly asked the judge to be withdrawn from the case.
The Deputies in the courtroom subdued Schabusiness and sat her on the floor against a wall.
Schabusiness then asked the deputies, what happened, and they informed her that she attacked her attorney.
She is facing charges of 1st Degree Intentional Homicide, Mutilating a Corpse, and 3rd Degree Sexual Assault in the death of Shad Thyrion one year ago this month.
Her trial is currently scheduled for early next month.
