A bovine has died following a crash just outside of Green Bay yesterday morning.
The crash involving a cattle hauler and a personal vehicle occurred at around 6:45 a.m. at the intersection of Lime Kiln and Verlin Roads.
Officer arrived to find the trailer overturned and blocking the intersection.
A power pole was also struck during the incident which sent one person to a local hospital, and killed one of the cows in the trailer.
Crews worked for around two hours to get all of the cows out of the trailer, while WPS crews worked to get the power back on in the area.
It is not clear at this time if any charges are being filed, or who was deemed at fault for the crash.
