The Manitowoc Police Department arrested a man earlier this week after he was seen running naked through the 3300 block of Wildwood Drive.
Officers were dispatched to the area after receiving reports of the naked man.
K9 Neko and drone assets were used to help track the subject.
K9 Neko was able to locate the man’s clothing and property, with the man eventually being located lying naked in the snow in the area of Chasm Lane.
His name has not been released, but we do know he is a 48-year-old Sheboygan County man.
The man was taken to a local hospital for treatment of hypothermia.
He was also determined to have possibly been under the influence of hallucinogenic drugs.
