
Bail is set at $1,000 cash for a 33-year-old Manitowoc woman accused of stabbing her boyfriend during a domestic dispute Wednesday afternoon.
Charges filed against Rosemary Wences Flores include Second Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety with a Domestic Violence Enhancer, Possession of Marijuana as a Repeater, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and three counts of Misdemeanor Bail Jumping.
Police responded to a residence in the 900 block of South 26th Street dor a report of an injured individual.
They spoke to a male victim who said that he and his girlfriend (Wences-Flores) had gotten into an argument earlier in the day, which ended with her going into the kitchen, grabbing a knife, stabbing him, and allegedly smirking and throwing the knife onto the floor before she went to work.
A bag inside the home belonging to Wences-Flores was searched, which contained marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
She was located and taken into custody without further incident.
Conditions of bail are that Wences-Flores is not to have any contact with the victim and/or anyone else in the evidence and the residence itself.
She remains in The County Jail with her initial appearance scheduled for February 13th at 1:30.
