The University of Wisconsin Green Bay Police arrested a man that was reported to be under the influence and pounding on doors.
Officers responded to James Temp Hall at around 8:00 Tuesday evening to check on the individual.
Police were able to locate 18-year-old Joel Xaiver Robinson-Sellers, a student at the school hailing from Chicago, on the first floor of the building and noted that he appeared to be under the influence of a controlled substance.
A search of his backpack revealed prescription medication, suspected marijuana, and suspected psilocybin mushrooms.
He was also found to be in possession of an extended pistol magazine and a ghost gun.
He has been arrested and facing charges of Carrying a Concealed Weapon and Possession of THC.
