It will be a busy day in the City of Manitowoc, as there are three meetings on the calendar for today.
First up is the Board of Public Works, which will be in the Council Chambers at 4:00 p.m., where they will look over bids for five upcoming projects.
Meanwhile, the Industrial Development Corporation will be in the Second Floor Conference Room in City Hall.
They will be discussing the right of first refusal with Beamaco Precision Machining & Fabrication for property located at West Drive and 59th Street.
They will also discuss another between the City and Webster Family Holdings, LLC.
Then at 5:00 p.m., the Committee of the Whole will take over the Council Chambers where they will enter a closed session.
They will be discussing the purchase of some land with MPU, and the former Lakeshore Mall property.
