Manitowoc Public Utilities is welcoming in a new commissioner.
Scott McMeans is taking over the role after the retirement of former Commissioner, Dave Luckow after 22 years of service.
In a written statement, Commission President, Dan Hornung, said “Dave was a tireless advocate for our ratepayers and used his expertise and insight to guide our operational strategies. We will all miss his input at the Commission and wish him well.”
McMeans, meanwhile, is the Vice President of Operations for Doneff Companies, LLC and brings to the Commission over 30 years of business experience and served for 12 years as an alderman on the Manitowoc City Council.
